How to submit a request
Send your request to privacy@northernwindapp.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and enough information for us to identify your records.
Verification
To protect user privacy, we may ask for reasonable verification before completing a request. If we cannot verify identity, we may limit what can be disclosed.
Response timing
We aim to respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. Complex or high-volume requests may require additional time, and we will communicate updates if needed.
Limitations
Some requests may be limited where legal obligations, security concerns, or fraud prevention requirements apply.
