Trademark and branding use
The Northern Wind name, logos, and trade dress may not be used in ways that imply endorsement, affiliation, or ownership without prior written permission.
Anti-copying and redistribution
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit Northern Wind assets without prior written permission.
Reverse engineering prohibition
Except where prohibited by law, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from Northern Wind software or services.
Anti-scraping and cloning
Automated scraping, bulk extraction, cloning of product experience, and unauthorized mirroring of Northern Wind systems or content are prohibited.
AI training restriction
Northern Wind content, data, and software may not be used to train, fine-tune, or evaluate artificial intelligence models without explicit written consent.
