We aim to acknowledge most support requests within 2 to 3 business days. Security reports are triaged as quickly as possible, with an initial acknowledgment target of 72 hours.
If you find a vulnerability, include platform, app version, reproducible steps, and expected versus actual behavior. Please avoid public disclosure until reviewed.
When reporting issues, include your device model, OS version, app version, timestamp, and screenshots when available.
For access, correction, deletion, or related privacy requests, email privacy@northernwindapp.com with enough detail for verification.
