Initial assessment
We triage reported incidents quickly, classify severity, and begin containment actions while preserving evidence for investigation.
User-facing notices
If an incident may impact users materially, we publish a notice with known scope, mitigation guidance, and current status as soon as practical.
Ongoing updates
For active incidents, we provide progress updates as new verified information becomes available and avoid speculation.
Post-incident review
After resolution, we document root cause, corrective actions, and preventative follow-up to reduce recurrence risk.
