Submission requirements
Requests should be specific, legally valid, and include sufficient detail to identify the accounts or records sought.
Review process
Each request is reviewed for legal sufficiency, scope, and jurisdiction. Northern Wind may challenge overbroad or invalid requests where appropriate.
Emergency requests
For urgent risk-of-harm situations, send emergency requests with supporting legal authority and clear urgency context to legal@northernwindapp.com.
User notice
Where legally permitted and operationally appropriate, Northern Wind may provide notice to affected users about legal requests.
